ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: KASSIA DESANTOS

For our Guyana Edit, we are honored to collaborate with Guyanese artist Kassia DeSantos on a special collection of custom, hand-painted tropical wooden bangles.

Inspired by the richness of Guyanese culture, nature, and vibrant color, Kassia transforms each piece into wearable art—celebrating the flora, fauna, and spirit of our homeland. Every bangle features a one-of-a-kind tropical illustration, intricately hand-painted using her signature blend of naturalism and abstract technique.

Kassia is more than an illustrator and accessory designer—she’s a true renaissance woman. From watercolor painting and digital illustration to crochet, sewing, and even culinary creativity, her artistry flows through everything she touches.

We’re proud to showcase her talent and share a piece of Guyana through her hands.
